Without directly responding, they have made changes to the suggestion I have made earlier - for example the Settings page is now grouped differently to make it easier to find basics first, email subscribers are notified in the browser window, and posting via the app. Still, a long way to go - my view? They are mostly catering to the high revenue generating writers, and publishing houses rather than individual writers.
